                                        NEW BUSINESS

Carl Gregg announced his intention to run for Grand Chef de Train for 2006 – 2007

All voitures were advised that Randy Gray was in the Olathe hospital recuperating from kidney surgery and all voitures were asked to send him a card or visit him at the hospital.

There was considerable discussion regarding the 2007 National Convention that Grand du Kansas will host.  Ernie passed out a handout that listed areas that would need volunteers to work and asked each voiture to fill out the areas that they might be interested in working and leave them with Ernie once completed.

Dan Roberson gave a report on the Program Books for the National Convention and advised we needed to start selling ads now.

Ernie reminded everyone of the meeting Sunday morning at Post 153 to get some committees set and have further discussions on the preparations required to host the National Convention.
