Grand Chef de Gare Boyer is down to 4 members as anticipated for 100%.  Enjoyed his year as Grand Chef.

Cooper asked all Voyageurs to talk to Correspondants Locale for 2003 dues payments.  Offered to run labels for all members in each Locale.  Reminders do work!  Ahead of Missouri and will stay ahead.

Cooper has sign-up for Promenade Nationale.  Sign-up after Cheminot, Bob Tastad will handle.

Announcements by various Chairmen – Different committees will meet just after Cheminot.

Report #3 Commissaire Intendant Kouba gave his report for 2001-2002.  Report Attached.  Costs about $1000 per month to run Grand Voiture.  Voiture 1261 provided $2000 toward Voiture and $500 thus far this year.  We are still making money despite the stock market since its in conservative growth.  Expenses are within the budget, deposits $9M+ vs. expenses in excess of $12M.  Some funds were donated to Russ Shughart.  1 bill presented and paid to the Grand Chef.  Some funds were paid in “pennies”.  Motion made, 2^nd, carried.

Report #4 Dick Nielsen proposed an introduction to a resolution for the Eisenhower Pilgrimage in Abilene.  Grand du Kansas should invite our tier states to help celebrate the ceremony.  Motion that Grand du Kansas study and invite our tier states to attend the ceremony each year.  2^nd, carried.

T.J. Danley indicated ‘Pals’ membership is available.  Collecting $10 dues 2003.
